Funding for ICT resourcesIf you work in a maintained school in England then the bad news is E-Learning Credits run out at the end of August. Hint hint: if you’ve any left, spend them or the Government takes the money back forever! The good news is this year there is a new grant for ICT spending called Harnessing Technology. The grant is being distributed through your local authority so ask your senior management team and if they don’t know about it, then ask your local authority. You can spend your Harnessing Technology grant on any ICT hardware or software including curriculum content, such as Sunflower for Science.
